How Long Will It Take To Deliver My Package?

After receiving your order we will create the lamp according to your preferences. This skillful process takes 3-7 days.

The items will be sent from Telsiai, Lithuania (European Union).

It usually takes 4-9 working days to ship items within the EU, 9-18 working days to USA and other countries.

Please bear in mind that Post Offices are usually slower during holiday periods, so please be sure to place your order in plenty of time , especially if you need the item for a special occasion.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

You will always be welcome to visit our workshop in beautiful Zemaitija, to pick up your crafts directly from us, and we will gladly show you this artistic town set amidst inspiring nature.

Alternatively, all items are shipped as registered priority mail via The Post Office.

3. Do not forget to fill in the “Additional Information” space should you want any parts customised, or please contact us if you require any further information.

We always inform our guests/clients after sending the crafted lamp. The way of the package can by tracked in our website.

How Can I Return a Product?

We guarantee a full refund.
Lamps & other objects are sold as seen (except custom orders) but in unlikely event that your lamp or other object fails to meet your high expectations, you simply may return it to us and apply for a full refund.
If you decide to return the item, please contact us first within 30 days after the item reaches you.
For technical parts we give 2 year warranty.
